<p>The HPC Jobs Service supports local people into exciting, long-term careers across our Project.</p> <p style="text-align:center"><strong>Compliance Management Assistant</strong><br><strong>Balfour Beatty</strong><br><strong>Hinkley Point C</strong></p> <p><br><strong>Role Purpose:</strong></p> <p> <br>To provide administrative support for the Learning and Development team, contributing to ensuring that all those working within the MEH JV are suitably skilled and qualified to undertake their roles. </p> <p><br><strong>Accountabilities*: </strong></p> <p><br>1. Maintaining training records and manage course completion evidence <br>2. Send and receive relevant training updates to and from MEH JV partners <br>3. Production of monthly training expiry reports <br>4. Creation of role profiles in a CMS <br>5. Upload New Starter information on to a CMS <br>6. Support with the L&D team mailbox <br>7. Relevant ad hoc support e.g., reports, spreadsheets, etc. <br>8. Data collation and entry <br>9. Working with on-boarding teams to support compliance and qualification requirements <br>10. Assisting with producing detailed and accurate joining instructions and reminders for training activity <br>11. Establish effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders <br>12. Manage sensitive and confidential information appropriately <br>13. Additional appropriate ad hoc duties as agreed with line manager </p> <p> <br><strong>Key Deliverables: </strong></p> <p><br>1. Data entry and processing of compliance information into the CMS <br>2. Creation of role profiles for all new starts of the MEHJV in the CMS <br>3. Work with wider MEHJV functions to ensure compliance </p> <p> <br><strong>Minimum Qualifications/Experience (in line with MEH Onboarding Matrix): </strong></p> <p><br>1. Competent in using Microsoft packages such as Outlook, Excel and Word with an aptitude to work with other software <br>2. Recent, relevant experience in a similar fast paced environment <br>3. Skilled at developing strong relationships within large organisations <br>4. Experience of working in an HR team would be desirable <br> </p> <p><strong>Additional Qualifications/Experience (in line with MEH Onboarding Matrix): </strong></p> <p><br>1.
