<p>The HPC Jobs Service supports local people into exciting, long-term careers across our Project.</p> <p style="text-align:center"><strong>Lifting Engineer</strong><br><strong>Manpower</strong><br><strong>Hinkley Point C</strong></p> <p><br><strong>Main Duties:</strong></p> <p><br>Producing detailed lift plans, procedures and coordination studies for complex operations<br>Selecting appropriate lifting methods, cranes and equipment to meet safety and project requirements<br>Ensuring compliance with nuclear safety standards, legislation and site-specific procedures<br>Briefing lifting teams and supervisors to ensure full understanding of plans and safe systems of work<br>Identifying hazards, resolving constraints and supporting safe, integrated delivery across site activities</p> <p><br><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <p><br>CPCS Appointed Person (A61) Blue Card <br>NVQ Level 3 in steel erecting or moving loads<br>Holding significant experience producing lift plans within major construction or infrastructure projects<br>Demonstrating strong knowledge of lifting operations, rigging and crane planning<br>Applying a thorough understanding of health, safety and compliance standards in high-risk environments<br>Communicating effectively with multidisciplinary teams and site stakeholders<br>Coordinating activities and prioritising workload within complex project environments</p><p> </p> <p>For this role you must have evidence of right to work in the UK.
