<p>The HPC Jobs Service supports local people into exciting, long-term careers across our Project.</p> <p style="text-align:center"><strong>Lifting Construction Manager</strong><br><strong>Manpower</strong><br><strong>Hinkley Point C</strong></p> <p><br><strong>Main Duties:</strong></p> <p><br>Leading rigging and lifting teams through superintendents, driving performance and accountability<br>Driving productivity, attendance, and working standards across the workforce<br>Owning forward planning, including 16-week lookahead schedules for lifting activities<br>Forecasting labour requirements and aligning resources to programme delivery<br>Promoting a strong nuclear safety culture through leadership, inspections, and compliance</p> <p><br><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <p><br>CPCS Blue Card and ECITB Appointed Person certification (TAP01) - essential<br>NVQ Level 3 in Steel Erecting or Moving Loads - desirable<br>IOSH, SMSTS or SSSTS safety qualifications - desirable<br>Holding significant experience leading lifting and rigging operations on major construction projects<br>Demonstrating senior leadership capability managing large teams in high‑pressure environments<br>Operating within highly regulated or high‑hazard industries such as nuclear, defence or infrastructure<br>Managing workforce performance, productivity frameworks and delivery targets<br>Collaborating effectively with multiple stakeholders across complex project environments</p><p> </p> <p>For this role you must have evidence of right to work in the UK.
