<p>The HPC Jobs Service supports local people into exciting, long-term careers across our Project.</p> <p style="text-align:center"><strong>Finance Coordinator</strong><br><strong>Tissot</strong><br><strong>Hinkley Point C</strong></p> <p><br><strong>Main Duties:</strong></p> <p><br>• Act as the primary point of contact for supplier account administration, <br>• Manage the accounts payable mailbox, <br>• Respond to supplier queries regarding invoices, payments, statements, <br>remittances.<br>• Obtain missing documentation and resolve invoice discrepancies, <br>• Resolve invoice processing issues on the ERP system, <br>• Liaise with procurement, project teams and suppliers to ensure invoices can <br>be processed, <br>• Collect Direct Debit invoices and provide them to the external accounting <br>provider, <br>• Monitor invoice approval workflows and ensure invoices progress through <br>internal approval stages, <br>• Create new supplier accounts in the ERP and ensure all required supporting <br>documentation is obtained and maintained.<br>• Prepare, issue and maintain customer invoices, <br>• Monitor Customer payment status, <br>• Follow up outstanding receivables and support debt collection activities, <br>• Maintains Customer Billings records, <br>• Support intercompany quarterly invoicing processes.<br>• Act as the primary liaison between the company and the external accounting <br>provider, <br>• Coordinate and follow up requests from the external accounting provider, <br>• Support the resolution of ERP, workflow and process issues by coordinating <br>with internal stakeholders and software providers where required.<br>• Maintain organised and auditable AP and AR records, <br>• Ensure invoice documentation is stored on company systems in accordance <br>with company procedures, <br>• Maintain financial filing structures and supporting records, <br>• Verify payment confirmations are correctly filed and accessible.</p> <p><br><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <p><br>• A qualification in Accounting, Finance <br>• AAT Level 3 or 4 qualified<br>• 2-3 years experience</p><p> </p> <p>For this role you must have evidence of right to work in the UK.
