The project will deliver <strong>250 new inpatient beds, additional cancer treatment bays</strong>, <strong>expanded pharmacy and medical imaging facilities, and upgraded clinical spaces</strong> through the construction of new levels above the existing Emergency Department. As one of Queensland’s busiest tertiary hospitals, Princess Alexandra Hospital provides world-class trauma, transplant, cancer, rehabilitation and acute care services, with the expansion ensuring it can continue to meet increasing healthcare demand and support better patient outcomes for years to come.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>About The Role:</b></H2> </div><div><p> </p> <p>As our <strong>Safety Manager,</strong> you will lead the development and delivery of <strong>health, safety and environmental</strong> initiatives across the project, ensuring compliance with legislative, contractual and company requirements. The role will see you working closely with the Project Leadership Teams, you will drive a proactive safety culture, provide expert guidance on risk management and compliance, and support project teams and subcontractors to achieve outstanding HSE outcomes. You will be responsible for overseeing incident management, investigations, reporting, stakeholder engagement, injury management and continuous improvement programs, while leading and <strong>developing a high-performing HSE team. </strong>This position will see you play a critical role in ensuring a safe, healthy and environmentally responsible workplace for all personnel
