What it's about As an AI Engineer in the AI Solutions Team, you will work at the heart of the business to identify, validate, and deliver AI solutions that create measurable outcomes. You will build production-grade, LLM-powered products end-to-end, moving quickly from discovery to first value, then scaling what works through reusable capabilities and strong governance over trusted, AI-ready data. This role combines real business impact with advanced applied AI (e.g., production-grade RAG, agents, extraction, evaluation, and open-source model deployment and fine-tuning) in a highly collaborative, agile environment where responsible AI, data governance, and risk controls are embedded from day one.
