About Us The Global Ombuds Office provides employees with a confidential, independent, and informal resource for addressing workplace concerns, resolving conflicts, and navigating challenging situations. In addition, we design and implement preventive initiatives that foster a respectful workplace culture, constructive conflict resolution, and positive collaboration. To support our international team, we are looking for a motivated intern with an interest in learning and development, adult learning, organizational psychology, communication, and conflict management.
