What you'll build Gain hands-on experience with core SAP tooling (Signavio, LeanIX, SAP Cloud ALM) and their integration in our agent-led toolchain. Support the agent-led toolchain service initiative end-to-end while collaborating with program managers, architects, and fellow students. Prepare and moderate monthly community calls (agenda, speakers, facilitation, follow-ups). Co-create and share service delivery accelerators (playbooks, templates, runbooks, best practices). Develop customer-facing assets and enablement materials (service descriptions, presentations) using AI tools to drive better outcomes. Produce management reporting, curate customer references, and maintain content across collaboration platforms (e.g., Confluence/SharePoint). Automate lightweight administrative processes and build simple dashboards/trackers to improve team efficiency.
