What You’ll Do <ul> <li>Facilitate core Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, refinements) to keep teams aligned and productive</li> <li>Support 2–4 Agile squads, ensuring delivery flows smoothly and consistently</li> <li>Partner with Product Owners and BAs to ensure well-defined, prioritised user stories</li> <li>Help teams deliver accurate estimations and maintain sprint cadence</li> <li>Remove blockers quickly by collaborating with stakeholders and enabling team ownership</li> <li>Track team health, velocity, and capacity, proactively identifying risks and improvements</li> <li>Drive continuous improvement, refining ways of working at squad and programme level</li> <li>Promote a high-performance Agile culture, built on transparency, collaboration, and accountability</li> <li>Coach teams to become self-organising and cross-functional</li> <li>Manage dependencies and keep delivery aligned with the most impactful priorities</li> </ul> Need to Have — Your Essentials <ul> <li>Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile delivery role within cross-functional teams</li> <li>Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, principles, practices)</li> <li>Hands-on experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and Agile rituals</li> <li>Experience working with Jira, Confluence, or similar delivery tools</li> <li>Good understanding of estimation techniques (Story Points, T-shirt sizing, velocity)</li> <li>Ability to remove blockers and manage dependencies effectively</li> <li>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills</li> <li>Experience working in Agile product delivery environments</li> <li>Ability to foster team collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement</li> <li>Basic understanding of technical environments and development pipelines</li> </ul> Nice to Have <ul> <li>Scrum certifications (CSM, PSM, or equivalent)</li> <li>Experience working in scaled Agile environments</li> <li>Exposure to DevOps or CI/CD delivery models</li> <li>Background in financial services or regulated environments</li> <li>Experience coaching teams at different Agile maturity levels</li> <li>Degree in a relevant field (Tech, Engineering, Business, etc.)</li> </ul> Why You’ll Love This Role Because this isn’t just about facilitating ceremonies.
