The core focus is on ICRC supporting SRCS Restoring Family Links (RFL) programmes and activities related to civilians. Additionally, the PFL FO can be asked to support ICRC’s PFL activities in places of detention. </span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">This role
