The Outsourced Payroll Team you will be a part of is located in Prague with other team members located across multiple countries in the EMEA region. In your day-to-day role, you will work closely with the whole outsourced team, local P&C teams, including the P&C Lead, Local and Global Finance teams, as well as multiple other internal and external coordination and the support of local Payroll experts you will define, set and monitor quality standards for payroll operations, ensuring they are met.</li> </ul> You will: <ul> <li style="text-indent:-0.5pt;line-height:103%;font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Cambria, serif;color:black">Upper-intermediate in English.</li> <li style="text-indent:-0.5pt;line-height:103%;font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Cambria, serif;color:black">Another language is preferred, with Spanish being advantageous for this role</li> <li style="text-indent:-0.5pt;line-height:103%;font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Cambria, serif;color:black">Advanced MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).</li> <li
