Working across multi-million-dollar programmes, you'll provide expert project leadership from concept through to delivery, developing robust business cases, guiding investment decisions, partnering with mana whenua, and engaging with a wide range of stakeholders. You'll also play a key role in shaping future work programmes, providing strategic advice on project prioritisation, funding and delivery to help achieve long-term outcomes for Auckland.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">As a <strong>Senior Project Manager</strong>, there are opportunities across both local areas (Rodney, Whau – Central/West and Howick/Maungakiekie-Tāmaki) as well as regionally. These projects are focused on capital and renewal works including park development, playgrounds, walkways, sporting facilities, buildings etc (to name just a few). You’ll be responsible for end-to-end project management and delivery, as well as maintaining strong relationships with project stakeholders such as mana whenua, politicians, user groups, business owners and other customers.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><strong><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">He kōrero mōu: About you</span></strong></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">We're looking for experienced project managers with a proven track record of delivering complex, high-value capital works programmes, particularly of public buildings and open spaces, from planning and investigation through to design and construction.
