You will play a key role in mobilizing community participation and facilitating community-level activities to improve access to quality healthcare.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><strong>Participatory Analysis:</strong> Lead community-level participatory situational analyses and consultations to identify and sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><strong>Stakeholder Engagement:</strong> Mobilize the participation of diverse stakeholders, including community members, LGU personnel, and healthcare providers, ensuring their meaningful input throughout the project lifecycle.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><strong>Capacity Building:</strong> Design and facilitate capacity-building activities for children, families, LGU personnel, and other stakeholders, focusing on sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><strong>Monitoring and Evaluation:</strong> Facilitate local participation in the planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation (SAPIME) of health interventions, utilizing inclusive and gender-transformative approaches.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><strong>Reporting:</strong> Prepare comprehensive community-level reports, documenting project activities and outcomes.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><strong>Qualifications:</strong></span></p> <p> </p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">University degree in a health-related discipline (Public Health, Nursing, etc.), Social Work, Community Development, Social Development, Social Sciences, or a related field.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Minimum of 3 years of experience implementing programs at the community level, with at least 2 years specifically in health-related projects/programs.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Strong understanding of community development principles, partnership and stakeholder engagement, networking, advocacy, data gathering, documentation, planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation within a public health context.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Knowledge of children’s rights, government health programs, community-based health systems, health governance, gender equality, and inclusion, particularly in relation to public health.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Proficiency in computer applications.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica,
