It’s a journey on which you rise. </p> <p> </p><p>Key Accountabilities:</p> <p>Update shipment info, invoicing, and communication with the client in real-time </p> <p>Negotiate with the carrier for cargo space, follow up shipment status, and cost entry into the system. </p> <p>Cooperation with the approved vendors in accordance with an agreed rate </p> <p>Track shipment and provide updated status with a required document to the destination side </p> <p>Process data through the company’s system to obtain release AWB, update shipment info, cost, and invoicing process </p> <p>Resolving issues including discrepancies and delay customs release </p> <p>Operation troubleshooting at both import and export (customs clearance, storage, and delivery)</p> <p>Use technology to solve the problem </p> <p>Use sub-contractor software and customs software (MACCS) to do the customs clearance process</p> <p>Maintenance of internal shipments record boo </p> <p>Update data entry into the system related to shipment status events as per Events SOP </p> <p>Outsourcing third parties according to job requirements and reporting back to the team leader.</p> <p>Support the Operations Manager, and the team or Finance Department </p> <p><strong>Required Experience & Skills</strong> </p> <p>Related bachelor's degree or Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain Field</p> <p>Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in custom clearance, logistics or air freight</p> <p>Fairly proficient in written and verbal communication in English</p> <p>Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint</p> <p>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</p> <p>Good team player</p><p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
