<h2>About the Role</h2> Reporting directly to the Head Customer and Distribution Manager SEA, you will drive Swiss Re Corporate Solutions’ strategy with distribution partners and key customers. The primary responsibilities of the role are: <h3>Distribution Management</h3> Strategy & Planning <ul> <li>Align with brokers on local strategic priorities</li> <li>Execute go-to-market plans with managed brokers to achieve top and bottom line goals</li> <li>Understand brokers' country and regional strategies and communicate insights internally</li> <li>Implement local and regional distribution campaigns</li> </ul> Engagement & Execution <ul> <li>Define and manage regular engagement models (e.g., quarterly reviews)</li> <li>Build and manage deal pipelines in coordination with underwriters</li> <li>Support portfolio priorities (OBR) with managed brokers</li> </ul> Data & Insights <ul> <li>Analyze broker performance data to identify opportunities and trends</li> <li>Use Swiss Re's thought leadership to strengthen broker relationships</li> <li>Gather and share market intelligence with internal teams</li> </ul> Escalation & Governance <ul> <li>Act as primary contact for broker issues requiring escalation</li> <li>Support internal deal escalations for complex cases</li> <li>Contribute to planning and executing Broker Service Agreements</li> </ul> Customer years of insurance industry experience in client, distribution, underwriting, risk management</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Strong network across brokers, corporate risk managers, and insurance professionals.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Proven success in sales, relationship management, and complex deal
