The team performs period-end closing, ensures the accuracy and completeness of general ledger postings, and delivers timely group and local financial reporting. In addition, the team supports statutory financial statements, audits, regulatory reporting, and collaborates closely with local finance teams and group functions to ensure compliance, transparency, and strong financial controls. As part of the team, you will actively identify opportunities to further develop, streamline, and improve accounting and closing processes, while strengthening collaboration with internal and external partners to enhance overall delivery quality. </span></p> <p> </p> </div> <div> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><strong>About the Role</strong> </span></p> <p> </p> </div> <div> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Support accounting, reporting, and closing activities for assigned real estate entities and portfolios, including monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes </span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Ensure accurate, complete, and timely accounting of real estate transactions in accordance with IFRS and internal accounting policies </span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Perform accounting for real estate investments, including construction projects, asset capitalization, depreciation, accruals, and intercompany transactions </span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Perform reconciliations, analyses, and controls to ensure data quality, completeness, and accuracy of financial information </span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations, profit and loss analyses, and portfolio reporting, providing explanations for significant movements and variances </span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Coordinate with Asset Management, Carrier Management, Project Managers, external service providers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting </span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Execute and document key controls and maintain audit-ready supporting documentation in line with internal and external requirements </span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Support statutory reporting, audits, and regulatory requirements as applicable </span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Take ownership of assigned entities and portfolios and provide complete and accurate deliverables in line with reporting timelines </span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Support process improvements, simplification initiatives, automation efforts, and knowledge sharing within and outside of the team </span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Handle ad hoc accounting, reporting, analysis, and project-related tasks as required </span></p> <p> </p> </div> <div> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"> </span><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><strong>About You </strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"> </span></p> </div> <div> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• You have at least five years of work experience in accounting, financial reporting, or real estate accounting </span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• You have a university degree in Accounting, Audit, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field </span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting principles; real estate accounting experience is an advantage </span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Strong understanding of accounting controls, reconciliations, and financial reporting processes </span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Experience with SAP or other financial accounting systems </span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Proven IT skills, including MS Office;
