<p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><strong>About the Team:<br><br></strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">You will be a part of a highly motivated and experienced team of Property & Casualty (P&C) Reinsurance business operations, handling end-to-end administration of reinsurance contracts. We have a strong link to the other P&C Reinsurance teams and collaborate daily to deliver the best service and most value to our clients.<br></span><br><br></p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><strong>About the Role:</strong> <strong> <br><br></strong></span></p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc" type="disc"> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Understand the overall P&C business process.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Support on pre-Underwriting activities, handle submissions by performing Risk clearing, compliance checks in Swiss Re admin system.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Ensure timely and accurate data entry and administrative support.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Timely follow-ups and escalation of issues to management and/or senior management as appropriate</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Manage assigned tasks effectively to achieve agreed service/business standards</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Contact internal business partners to resolve any long pending operational issues</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Any other ad-hoc/admin related tasks as required from time to time that are deemed appropriate for this role<br></span><br><br></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><strong>About you:<br></strong> <strong> <br></strong></span></p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc" type="disc"> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Minimum bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Insurance, or related fields. </span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Good written and verbal interpersonal skills in English</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Proactive attitude, self-motivated, team player and ability to learn</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Flexibility in work timings</span></li> </ul><div class="swissre_jobtemplate"> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><strong>About Swiss Re</strong></span></p> <p> </p> <div class="swissre_jobtemplate"> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Swiss Re is one of the world’s leading providers of reinsurance, insurance and other forms of insurance-based risk transfer, working to make the world more resilient.
