<div id="tor__fextListingLayout_readOnlyDiv"> <div id="tor__fextListingLayout_content"> <p><strong><span>IT System Engineer - Madrid</span></strong></p> <p> </p> <p>Agfa Healthcare is currently looking for an IT System Engineer, based in Madrid, who will be in charge of dedicated on-site support for Clients/Contracts that require continuous support. As the first point-of-contact of Agfa on-site, the role must deliver consistent, professional and quality service.</p> <p> </p> <p>As <strong>IT System Engineer</strong> you are responsible for:</p> <p> </p> <p>· To fill the proper installation docs accordingly, to manage equipment in the most proper way (Service Now, reporting, acceptance test)</p> <p>· Mixed work on site and remote.</p> <p>· To identify and communicate risks analysis and problems</p> <p>· To cooperate with the R&D to solve problems and make a proper risk analysis</p> <p>· To take care of the correct forwarding of the docs to all people involved, especially the specific features of the implemented project</p> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p><strong>What you bring to the table</strong>:</p> <p> </p> <p>· Tecnico Superior en Sistemas de Telecomunicaciones o Informaticos.</p> <p>· At least 2 years of professional experience in managing complex customers and hospital workflow</p> <p>· Good knowledge of IT network and domain.</p> <p>· Experience with Windows Server, Linux / Unix , SQL , Scripting, DNS server.</p> <p>· Customer focus attitude and problem-solving skills</p> <p>· Solid communications skills (oral/written) to interact effectively and professionally with both internal and external customers</p> <p>· Knowledge of healthcare standards: HL7, DICOM, FHIR, Mirth is a plus</p> <p>· Oracle DBA or expert in Oracle database could be a plus.</p> <p>· Good language skills in Spanish and English, both written and verbally</p> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p><strong>Location</strong>: Madrid metropolitan area, Spain</p> </div> </div> <table width="100%"> <tbody> <tr> <td style="height:36.0px"> </td> </tr> </tbody> </table> <p> </p>
