Job summary
We are recruiting a Salaried GP to join our friendly and progressive practice.
The post is available as either a 4 or 5 session position. The core working days are Tuesday and Friday, with an optional Wednesday morning session available for applicants wishing to undertake a fifth session.
This working pattern is ideal for GPs wishing to combine clinical practice with portfolio careers, medical education, leadership roles, family commitments or other professional interests.

The successful applicant will provide high-quality, evidence-based primary care whilst contributing to the ongoing development of the practice.

Dapdune House Surgery is a well-established GP Training Practice serving the Guildford community.
Our multidisciplinary team includes GP Partners, Salaried GPs, Advanced Nurse Practitioners, Practice Nurses, Healthcare Assistants, Clinical Pharmacists, First Contact Physiotherapists, Social Prescribers, Care Coordinators and an experienced administrative and management team.
We continue to invest in technology, workflow optimisation and service redesign to improve both patient care and clinician experience.

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Salaried GP for 4 to 5 sessions per week to join our friendly and progressive practice. Whether you are an experienced GP or recently qualified, you will be joining a collaborative team that values clinical excellence, continuity of care, education and innovation.

Person Specification
Experience Essential
Experience of managing patients in a primary care setting during GP training or post-qualification. Experience of face-to-face and telephone consultations. Experience of working within a multidisciplinary team. Experience of clinical decision-making and managing acute and chronic conditions
Desirable
Previous experience as a Salaried GP. Experience using EMIS Web. Involvement in audit, quality improvement or service development projects. Experience of digital consultation tools and workflow management systems.
Qualifications Essential
Full GMC registration and licence to practise NHS Performers List MRCGP (or equivalent) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to high-quality patient-centred care Collaborative approach to multidisciplinary working Commitment to continuous learning and quality improvement
