We are seeking a Band 3 Administratior to join our dynamic team.

Talking Therapies NHS Surrey is part of the Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Trust. We are a fast growing, primary care mental health service offering high quality evidence based psychological therapies for people with common mental health problems.
Main duties of the job
In this fast-paced administrative environment, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations across a diverse range of tasks. The role involves a mix of routine work and responding to daily challenges. You will need to balance multi-tasking with meticulous attention to detail while delivering high-quality service.
Working both independently and collaboratively as part of a team, you should be able to adapt to new challenges with a flexible and problem-solving mindset. As well as proactively identify and implement improvements in service provision. The candidate should have at least two years' experience of working in an office environment in the health sector or other target driven business.

The role is hybrid working, three days at our offices in Chertsey and two days remote working from home. There may be a need to occasionally cover additional days in the office.

Person Specification
Qualifications Essential
Degree qualification or equivalent relevant experience. A minimum of NVQ Level 3/RSA Level 3 or equivalent experience. A minimum of Educated to GCSE Level or equivalent.
Knowledge and experience Essential
2 years' experience of working in an office environment or equivalent. It is desirable to have experience of working in the NHS.
