Main duties of the job This role is for a Bank Registered Nurse (RMN) at Barchester care home in Billingham. The position is a casual, part-time one with flexible hours. The nurse will be part of a multidisciplinary team, providing care and support to residents with complex and challenging behaviours. Responsibilities include monitoring and improving residents' quality of life while ensuring that every person is treated with dignity and respect. Candidates should have current NMC registration, experience in producing comprehensive care plans, detailed risk assessments, and an understanding of regulatory frameworks including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines. Person Specification

Qualifications Essential

Current NMC registration, knowledge of up-to-date clinical practices, experience with care plans and risk assessments, understanding of regulatory frameworks including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
