To provide nursing and safeguarding services to patients of the PCN practices, including treatment, screening and advice within the professional competence of the post-holder. The successful applicant will be the Safeguarding lead for the PCN.
The Post-holder will work in accordance with the NMC Code of Conduct and Scope of Practice. Taking responsibility for nursing duties associated with the nurses practice clinical area(s), inventory control; chronic disease management and health education/promotion.

Qualifications and Training Degree in Nursing or Registered Nurse Degree Apprenticeship NMC Registration

Experience Experience of consulting and developing complex care plans Experience working across multi-disciplinary teams Practice Nurse Qualification: Family Planning / and or Recognised Diabetes or Asthma Course Technical Skills: Mentorship or supervision skills
