Main duties of the job
We are looking for experienced and enthusiastic Healthcare Instructors to join our team on a sessional basis. This flexible role is ideal for healthcare professionals who are passionate about sharing their knowledge and supporting the development of the healthcare workforce while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
As a Sessional Healthcare Instructor, you will deliver engaging, high-quality training across a range of healthcare programmes, helping learners develop the knowledge, skills, and confidence required to provide safe, effective, and compassionate care.
Priory Hospital Chelmsford is seeking a Sessional Fitness Instructor to join our team. This is a self-employed, sessional role offering flexibility around the centres needs and your availability.

Person Specification
Qualifications, Experience, skills Essential
Level 2 Gym Instructing qualification and a Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training, both of which should be CIMSPA approved. Teaching, training, or assessor qualification (or substantial experience delivering training).
Disclosure and Barring Service Check This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly known as CRB) to check for any previous criminal convictions.
