You'll work independently, lead a team, and assist the General Manager with budget planning. Coordination with contractors for specialized jobs is also required. This role requires property maintenance experience, at least one trade skill, reliability, flexibility with working hours, a full UK driving license, IT literacy, and GCSEs in Maths and English.

Qualifications Essential
