We are currently recruiting compassionate and dedicated Care Assistants to join our team and help deliver outstanding care during night time hours.
Main duties of the job
As a Care Assistant on Night Shifts, your responsibilities will include:
Supporting residents with personal care routines and maintaining their comfort overnight Offering reassurance and companionship whenever needed Assisting with movement and repositioning to promote safety and wellbeing Observing and monitoring residents, reporting any concerns promptly Keeping clear and accurate care records, including handovers to the day team Working as part of a team to maintain a calm and restful atmosphere

Job description Job responsibilities
The Care Practitioner (Nights) is responsible for delivering high-quality, person-centred care and support to residents throughout the night. The role is focused on ensuring residents remain safe, comfortable and well cared for, while promoting dignity, respect, independence and choice.
Working as part of the night team, the postholder will contribute to maintaining a calm and reassuring environment, responding promptly to residents' needs and supporting the smooth operation of the home outside of normal daytime hours.

Experience Essential
Experience in a care setting is helpful but not essential A kind, patient, and professional approach Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with others Happy to work Night Shifts including weekend working on a rota basis
