What we require from you:
Experience of working within similar environment
Solid maintenance experience, building, DIY, cleaning, and housekeeping
Technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
General knowledge of plumbing and joinery
An all-round attitude to maintenance and repairs, with an innovative solution-based approach
Flexible and adaptable to changes at short notice.
Work well under pressure without negative impact to those around you.

Person Specification
Qualifications Essential
Experience in a similar environment, solid maintenance experience in building, DIY, cleaning, and housekeeping, technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, general knowledge of plumbing and joinery, an attitude supporting maintenance, repairs, and problem-solving in a flexible and adaptable manner.
