Churchend Primary is recruiting for a Site Controller to join our close-knit team. If you have a passion for property maintenance, take pride in your environment and would enjoy working in a diverse community, then this could be the perfect role for you.
We are seeking to appoint an individual who is:
A conscientious and reliable person who will take pride in the appearance of our school. Well organised, efficient and able to use their initiative. Able to work flexibly with evening responsibilities. Able to undertake physical duties such as moving furniture and equipment. Able to demonstrate good handyperson skills with experience in building and ground maintenance work. An excellent communicator and able to relate to staff, children and the school community. Experience in the management of health and safety issues. Able to liaise with and support school contractors on site. Oversee site security. Oversee cleaning staff. Order and maintain cleaning/maintenance stocks.Visits are warmly welcomed and we look forward to showing you around our fantastic school!
