About this role
We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and proactive Facilities Domestic Cleaner to join our friendly site team. You will play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across the school, ensuring hygiene standards are consistently high for pupils, staff, and visitors.
Duties include:
General cleaning of classrooms, therapy rooms, corridors, offices, toilets, and communal areas Restocking supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper Safe use of cleaning products and equipment, in line with COSHH regulations Reporting any maintenance or health and safety issues promptly Adhering to safeguarding and confidentiality procedures at all times
We’re looking for someone who:
Takes pride in their work and pays attention to detail Can work independently and as part of a team Is punctual, dependable, and trustworthy Has previous cleaning experience (desirable but not essential) Understands the importance of cleanliness in a school setting Is committed to the safeguarding of children and young people
