About this role

We are building the future of education for our Vendors - designing AI-native learning products that help thousands of vendors across Europe succeed on our platform. Our team doesn't build courses and hope vendors find them. We design intelligent, data-informed learning experiences embedded directly into vendor workflows, surfacing the right content, to the right vendor, at the right moment. The Program Manager on this team makes sure it all connects. While our designers go deep on individual learning problems, you hold the wider view: what do vendors need in their first 30 days? How do our webinars reinforce what we're building? Where should we focus next, and why? You own programs that tie individual solutions into coherent vendor journeys, build the reporting that makes our impact visible, and drive the operational rhythm that keeps a small, ambitious team shipping quality work at pace. Base pay for this position starts from EUR 2,033 gross per month and salary totals depends on the skills and requirements, there will be further pay components such as a sign on bonus and the eligibility to participate in a restricted stock unit scheme operated independently by Amazon.com Inc. in USA. Company benefits apply subject to further terms, including annual membership in medical clinic, life insurance, retirement pension, meal voucher card, career development Key job responsibilities - Build deep understanding of vendor challenges, business goals, and product roadmaps to inform program priorities and ensure education aligns to what matters most. - Partner cross-functionally with product teams, SMEs, and business partners to define priorities, align on solutions, and drive delivery. - Own the vendor onboarding and webinar programs from strategy to impact measurement - Identify gaps and pain points across the education portfolio using data, vendor feedback, and business signals. Drive improvements in partnership with learning experience designers. - Establish and own program KPIs and success metrics. Build dashboards and synthesize impact into clear narratives. - Maintain centralized portfolio tracking: monitor project health, flag risks, and manage cross-team dependencies. - Define how individual LXD projects connect into a coherent portfolio - ensuring work ties together across topics, channels, and vendor journeys. - Continuously optimize processes. Automate where possible and bring an AI-first mindset. A day in the life Your morning starts with the project tracker - checking project health, unblocking a dependency, and updating status. You then review onboarding data: completion rates are up but there's a drop-off at week 3 to dig into. Mid-morning, you're prepping this week's webinar - confirming the presenter, checking registrations, adjusting promotion where sign-ups are low. After lunch, you join a sprint review: not designing content, but connecting dots - where does a new listings playlist fit with the onboarding curriculum? Should content be added to the Vendor Assistant? Late afternoon, you pull together the monthly impact report for a leadership review. About the team The vision of the Employee and Vendor Education team for EU Stores to be the most trusted partner in functional capability development, building the best negotiators in Retail and vendors who are able to expertly growth their business through intelligent learning solutions. We have a diverse team working across both internal (employee) and external (vendor) populations to drive tangible business results though educational solutions.
