Eurofins PSS is seeking a Drug Product Formulation Development Scientist to permanently work at a client site to support drug product formulation, biophysical characterization, and process development for gene therapy research. The successful employee will thrive in a high throughput environment, working with small-scale drug product manufacturing process development and scale-up activities.
Position Responsibilities:
Drug product formulation, delivery, and process development activities in support of AAV gene therapy research in a small-scale manufacturing facilityComplete stability and release studies, scale-up and moreUtilize analytical characterization techniques via operation and troubleshooting of HPLC, HIAC, HAOL, and other instrumentation on raw materials and drug productsCollaborate with multiple teams throughout study timelineData analysis, interpretation, reporting, and presentation Basic Minimum Qualifications:
BS in a life sciences discipline (Biology, Molecular Biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, etc.) with at least 2 years of pharmaceutical industry experience working specifically in drug product formulation development.Must have experience with HPLCAbility to understand and follow report protocols and coordinate with multiple cross-functional teamsMust be eligible to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorshipPreferred Qualifications:
Experience with HIAC and HAOL is highly preferredExperience working with AAV gene therapies The position is full-time, first shift, Monday-Friday with overtime as needed. Candidates living within a commutable distance of Philadelphia, PA are encouraged to apply.
