WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON
Main challenge
Support the design and development of engaging game experiences by contributing to gameplay systems, levels, and content creation. The role requires balancing creativity, player engagement, and business objectives while collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams.
What it means on a daily basis
Design and document gameplay features, game systems, levels, and player experiencesCreate and adapt gameplay content, concepts, and level layouts based on project needsResearch market trends, player behaviors, and game mechanics to improve game qualityCollaborate with Producers, Artists, and Programmers to ensure design vision is implemented correctlyIdentify gameplay issues, propose solutions, and contribute to process and workflow improvementsWho you would be working with

Understanding of game design principles, game mechanics, level design, and UI/UXKnowledge of mobile, PC, and console gaming markets and player behaviorsUnderstanding of monetization strategies, player retention, and reward systemsAbility to balance game systems and gameplay experiencesBasic programming knowledge to understand scripts and technical constraintsPhotoshop skills for mockups, UI concepts, and design proposalsProficiency with PowerPoint, Word, and Excel for documentation and presentationsGood English communication skills (written and verbal)WHO YOU ARE
