WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON
Main challenge
Your main challenge will be to deliver high-quality, creative 2D visual assets for diverse marketing campaigns and in-game content while strictly adhering to brand guidelines and project requirements. Balancing technical precision with artistic adaptability, you will ensure all designs align with the legal, marketing, and licensing standards of major global franchises.
What it means on a daily basis
•Create Marketing & In-Game Assets - design banners, social media graphics, app store images, promotional materials, icons, splash screens, and event banners
•Develop Branding Materials - produce logos, infographics, presentations, posters, and merchandise designs
•Optimize Formats – prepare and optimize final assets for various digital and print channels
•Collaborate and Iterate - incorporate feedback from marketing, legal, and licensing teams to refine designs
•Manage Workflows - guide your projects independently from the initial creative brief to final delivery, handling multiple tasks within fast-paced timelines
What success will look like
•Consistent Delivery - you independently manage your pipeline and deliver optimized assets that meet all technical requirements and deadlines
•Brand Alignment - your designs match the exact visual identity and licensing constraints of our internal and partner brands
•Smooth Collaboration - you adapt quickly to stakeholder feedback, ensuring a seamless production loop
Who you would be working with
You will join the Sofia Creative Agency team, working under the guidance of the CAT Team Lead. You will collaborate daily with local and global peers, including marketing specialists, legal advisors, and licensing teams, to support Gameloft’s global gaming portfolio

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
•Software Proficiency - strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
•Design Fundamentals - solid composition and layout skills, combined with attention to detail
•Project Management - the ability to manage the entire creative process independently based on a brief
•Time Management - capability to organize your workload and balance multiple tasks with competing deadlines
•Communication - fluency in English with clear communication skills
•Bonus Skills – knowledge of or experience with video editing or motion design is a plus
WHO YOU ARE
•You have an artistic sensibility and an interest in exploring new design techniques
•You are adaptable, open to constructive feedback, and comfortable tailoring your style to different project needs
•You are interested in games
•You have a bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Art, or Creative Multimedia
•If you have some video editing or motion design knowledge/experience, its would be considered a plus

Salary Ranges:
1900 EUR - 2500 EUR monthly gross salary.
