About this role

Job Description

The successful candidate will join our Regional Finance IT Team (RFIT), responsible for supporting and enhancing ERP solutions across the Eurofins network of companies.

This role involves working closely with the business users and IT teams, acting as a bridge between business needs and technology solutions.

This is a unique opportunity for a talented and motivated professional interested in Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365FO, Finance Processes and ERP Systems to join a dynamic international environment and further develop their functional consulting and project delivery skills.

Key responsibilities:

Setting up, configuring and testing AX/D365FO functional modules and processes with the ability to identify system gaps using strong process & system knowledgeProviding day-to-day functional and process-related support to AX/D365FO users and operational units across the Eurofins network in areas including but not limited to inance and purchasingAnalysing and documenting related Problems, Incidents and Change Requests in liaison with Process Owners and Business Analysts from IT delivery teamsClose, proactive and professional cooperation with other Global IT delivery teams ensuring high standards of performance and high quality of delivered solutionsPreparing, planning and leading training sessions for business and end users ensuring proper knowledge and skills development across the Eurofins network of companiesPreparing, planning and executing test plans and test cases for end-to-end business scenarios and leading local UAT activities in cooperation with the Release ManagerPreparing, planning and executing Cut-Over and Go-Live plans for newly integrated entities including data migration, cleansing, and preparation Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009/2012 and/or D365FO in functional, business support, or finance-related rolesGood understanding of finance and accounting processes such as P2P, O2C and R2RStrong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skillsFluent written and oral EnglishVery good interpersonal and communication skills including experience delivering clear and concise oral and written communication in international and multicultural business and IT environmentsExperience in analysing business requirements and supporting system enhancements is highly desirableDesirable skills, qualities, and experience

Professional experience with AX/D365FO on consulting or/and end-user sites including participating in requirements gathering, process analysis & design, workshops, training and testing sessionsExposure to reporting tools such as Microsoft Excel and Power BIExperience with data migration, integration testing and interface-related activitiesKnowledge of Trade & Logistics, Purchasing or Stock Management modulesSelf-motivated, self-directed and driven to achieve professional success with a proactive and professional work attitudePassion for learning and continuous self-developmentStrong time management skills The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background, ideally up to undergraduate/bachelor’s degree level or equivalent in finance, business, IT or a related subject.

You may need to travel occasionally during critical project, rollout, or implementation phases.
