YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
You design and ship AI-based tools that push insights to leaders proactively — moving Controlling from reactive reporting toward autonomous, decision-ready intelligenceYou own the trusted data foundation that powers everything we build — the Group's single source of truth that every AI agent, analysis, and forecast runs onYou identify automation potential and continuously improve our monthly closing processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual effortYou turn complex cost-pool data into sharp, decision-relevant narratives for CFO- and board-level audiencesYou act as the go-to authority on the integrity of our controlling figures — when a number reaches the top, it's rightYOUR SKILLS MATTER
Education You hold a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a comparable field — ideally with a focus on Controlling, Accounting, or Data ManagementExperience You bring several years of hands-on experience in Controlling, Finance, or a related field, preferably within a large, complex organization or consultancy environmentTools & Systems You are proficient in BI tools, ERP systems (e.g., SAP), and have a strong affinity for data modelling and process automation technologiesAI & Innovation You have a genuine enthusiasm for AI-driven solutions and have ideally already applied these in a finance or controlling contextAnalytical Skills You think in structures, work precisely, and are able to translate large volumes of data into clear, decision-relevant narrativesSoft Skills You combine a high degree of ownership and self-motivation with strong communication skills, allowing you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholdersWHAT WE OFFER
