The Opportunity
As a Construction Delivery Manager, you’ll play a key role in onsite construction delivery at Hinkley Point C – one of Europe’s largest nuclear construction sites. You’ll oversee daily activity, ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with project timelines and goals, supporting the transition towards An Electric Britain.
You’ll join us on a salary Circa of £56,506 per annum. This is an onsite role based at #Hinkley Point C in Somerset. After approximately 18-24 months, you’ll relocate to France to join EDF SA on an EPR2 project, such as #Penly, #Bugey or #Gravelines. Hence, you’ll need to offer business-level proficiency in French communication skills.
You’ll coordinate contractors, monitor performance, and manage site activity to keep delivery on track. This is your opportunity to build expertise on a complex nuclear programme while progressing your career in a high-performing construction environment.

Proven onsite experience within construction, oil and gas, or a comparable major project environmentDemonstrable mechanical and electrical delivery experience across multidisciplinary construction worksExperience coordinating multiple contractors across live construction work packagesWorking knowledge of construction sequencing, planning, and risk identification in active site environmentsExperience producing site reports and supporting daily coordination of stakeholders onsiteFrench – oral and writing proficiency, with a keen desire to achieve business-level proficiency prior to relocating to FranceWhat You’ll Be Doing
Overseeing daily onsite construction activities to ensure safe and efficient deliveryMonitoring progress against the four-week plan and escalating risks or delaysCoordinating contractors, trades, and service providers to maintain alignmentSupporting permit to work processes, inspections, and site assurance activitiesProviding clear reporting to support decision-making and performance trackingPay, Benefits and Culture
