About this role

As Procurement Lead you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the Telecoms Security Act in accordance with VodafoneThree policies and requires someone that works closely with their line manager, the Senior Manager Procurement – Networks and the VPC to provide expert advice and guidance. They will be required to provide creative challenge and thought leadership to influence and support business decision making.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Ensure all supplier contracts, renewals, and variations include TSA‑aligned security, resilience, and reporting clauses.Support the preparation and management of evidence packs for external audits, regulatory submissions, and governance forums.Support end‑to‑end compliance with TSA reporting obligationsSupport the update of TSA‑related procurement policies, standards, processes, and supplier assurance frameworks.Contribute to broader security and resilience programmes within the organisation.Execute and deliver on delivery plan including interaction with senior stakeholders across VodafoneThree including the Regulatory, Legal and Security teams to identify, manage and mitigate risks to ensure delivery.
