Join our Digital team as an Ecommerce Manager and play a key role in shaping the online experience for one of our brands. Working closely with a Digital Sales Lead, you will be responsible for driving trading performance across a specific line of business, turning commercial ambitions into engaging digital experiences that deliver results. You'll ensure products are presented in a compelling, customer-friendly way, continually enhancing digital journeys to make it easier for customers to discover, compare and buy.
This is a highly collaborative role where you'll work across Brand, Proposition, Performance Marketing, Product and Technology teams to optimise performance, identify growth opportunities and deliver outstanding customer experiences. What you’ll do
Drive daily, weekly and monthly ecommerce trading performance for a key Line of Business, helping to deliver ambitious commercial targets across products such as Handsets, SIM Only, Home Broadband or Upgrades.Execute engaging digital sales and merchandising plans, ensuring products are accurately represented, competitively positioned and easy for customers to discover and purchase.Continuously optimise digital customer journeys to improve conversion, average order value, attach rates and overall commercial performance, using data and insight to guide decision-making.Partner closely with the Digital Sales Lead to turn commercial objectives into impactful digital trading activity across the online shopfront.Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer behaviour, identifying opportunities and risks and recommending actions to maximise performance.Collaborate with SEO, CRO, Analytics and Performance Marketing teams to increase visibility, improve traffic quality and deliver exceptional customer experiences that drive growth. Experience in ecommerce trading or digital merchandising, ideally within telecoms, retail, or another fast-paced, high-volume B2C environment.Strong understanding of ecommerce best practice, including onsite merchandising, conversion optimisation and customer behaviour, with a passion for delivering exceptional digital experiences.Confidence using analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics or Contentsquare to turn data into actionable insights and performance improvements.A proven track record of delivering against commercial objectives and driving measurable trading results through data-led decision-making.Excellent attention to detail, with experience managing product information, pricing and digital content accurately while maintaining a strong focus on customer experience.Worried that you don’t meet all the desired criteria exactly?
