About this role
目的:
Brand/Functional Planに基づきMSLアクションプランを策定・実行すること。International Medical Affairs (IMA) の一員として、Key External Expert （KEE)とのサイエンティフィック・インタラクション（科学的・相互的ディスカッション）を通じてエビデンス創出に繋げることを含め、患者の治療に大きく貢献するメディカル活動を行うことを目指す。
主な職務内容:
1. KEEマネジメント
MSL Managerの支援のもと、戦略的なKEEエンゲージメントプランの必要性を理解し、インタラクションプランを策定するKEEとのサイエンティフィックインタラクションプラン(SIP)を通じて、製品上市前から関係構築・維持を行うKEEに対して科学的情報を提供し、ディスカッションを行うKEEに対して適切な疾患領域知識および科学的メッセージ（製品に関しない内容を含む）を提供するサイエンティフィック・インタラクションを通じてData Point Observation (DPO; Brand/Functional Planningに貢献するインサイトに繋がり得るKEEの発言や行動)を収集する2. Investigator Initiated Study（IIS）のコーディネーション（新SOPに則った「契約下でのIIS」）
AbbVieのIISプロセスを理解し、MSL Managerの支援のもとIISプロセスを対応するAbbVie製品に関するIIS計画の情報を収集し、MSL Managerと相談する科学的情報を提供する3. 部門横断での積極的な参画と、製品最大化に向けた効果的なコミュニケーション
フィールドでの実行に向けて、Brand PlanおよびMedical Functional Planを理解するFunctional Plan実行後、現場からのフィードバックを提供する4. One R&Dとしての連携（必要に応じて）
開発部のフィールドメンバー(Clinical Research Associate, CRA)と連携し、サイエンティフィック・インタラクションを通じて被験者登録の加速に貢献する5. In-field Team Excellence (IFTe)Play Bookの理解と実行
iFTE Play Bookを用いてビジネスプランを理解した上で、メディカルフィールド活動を実行する
Objectives:
Based on the Brand/Functional plan, develop and execute MSL Action Plan through scientific interaction and connect to evidence generation and collectively, as member of GMA, work to make a remarkable impact on patient care
Major Responsibilities:
1. KEE management
Understanding the needs of developing strategic KEE interaction planning, develop the interaction plan with MSL Manager's supportCultivate and maintain relationships with KEEs prior to product launch through Multi-channel communication plan with KEEs Provide scientific information and have a discussion with KEEsProvide accurate TA knowledge and scientific message to KEEs (non-product) Gain DPOs through scientific discussions2. Coordinate Investigator Initiated Study (IIS) following new SOP (Contract-Based IIS)
Understanding AbbVie IIS process, handle the IIS process with MSL Manager's supportGet information of IIS plan with AbbVie products and consult with MSL ManagerProvide scientific information3. Active participation and effective communication for product maximization cross functionally
Understand Brand Plan and Medical Plan for execution in the fieldProvide feedback from the field after implementation of the functional plan4. One R&D collaboration (as needed)
Collaborate with Clinical Development in-field team to accelerate enrollment through scientific interaction5. iFTE playbook understanding & execution
Understand the Medical related actions in iFTE playbook and execute accordingly 応募要件
学歴・経験:
理系または薬学分野の学士号を有すること修士号またはPhD保有者が望ましい製薬業界における臨床開発、安全性部門、または研究経験が3年以上あること製薬市場に関する十分かつ正確な理解・感覚を有すること結果を出す意欲（Drive for Results）を有すること社内外のステークホルダーと良好な関係を構築できること社内外から高い評価を得ていること物事の是非を適切に判断し、自分の意見を適切に表現できることバランスの取れた意思決定ができることパフォーマンスに対する明確な認識と規律を持つこと
Essential Skills & Abilities/Education:
