About this role
The Associate Director, US Market Access, Payer Strategy will lead development, evolution, and deployment of the VYALEV Integrated Access Strategy to support business performance across the long-range plan. This individual is responsible for driving market access marketing and pricing strategy for VYALEV across all payer channels with key focus / emphasis on the Medicare channel. This individual will be required to effectively orchestrate communication and alignment across US Market Access channel teams as well as serve as the subject matter expert for the VYALEV Integrated Brand Team. The person will need to leverage data, analytics and strong strategic mindset in all aspects of running the marketing component of the business.
Key responsibilities include:
Lead development of Medicare and Commercial strategy and impactful customer narrative, leveraging clinical and economic data as well as key stakeholder insightsDevelop payer positioning and pricing strategy for VYALEV across all payer channelsContinuously evaluate evolving landscape of assigned channels to refine and adjust strategy; enhance Account Team education and training on key insightsEffectively communicate and drive strategic alignment across multiple stakeholders and leadership teams such as the Market Access Leadership Team, Brand Team, Account Management teams, HEOR, MOSL, MPS, Medical, APEX, Finance, Contracting, Pricing, Forecasting, Sales, and Government Affairs/Advocacy teams.Encourage and demonstrate an enterprise approach through best practice, curiosity, learning, and sharing.Demonstrate a “One AbbVie” mindset and perspective in all strategies. Bachelors degree requiredIdeal candidate should have 5+ years of experience in Marketing, US Market Access and/or AnalyticsStrong strategic thinking, business and financial acumen, analytical capabilities, and communications skills requiredCandidate must have high proficiency in ExcelExperience with medical benefit preferredAdvanced agility, project management and prioritization skillsCross-functional experiences including field sales, finance, and/or market analytics valued

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of thisposting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location,and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
