About this role
We are seeking an aspiring, technically competent property professional to assist the Brisbane Residential team in analysing, marketing and negotiating the sale of properties across the market. This key role is actively involved in the campaign life cycle, researching the property investment market and providing market intelligence to support the compilation of submissions and production of information memorandums.
The scope of the role will include:
Management and/or assistance with the marketing process, including marketing material preparation, sales preparation, advertising activities and mail outsPrepare client progress reports on campaigns and attend client meetingsUtilise, develop and maintain relevant residential databases including CRM, Competition & Supply, competitor and market tracking.Ideally the right person for the role will already be working within the property industry as an Analyst, or a property graduate who wants to join one of the best Residential agency teams in the country.
Other requirements:
