About this role

The Sales Specialist will be responsible for

Drive product sales across Decisioning Software, Identity Verification & Fraud Solutions across all clients in the region. You will drive Presales through a Solution Consulting approach.Key areas for value added contribution include:

Communication approach, including pre-sales and sales collateralsCreate client solutions based on use cases, business objectives and needGood Technical understanding of Financial Markets, with focus on BFSI sector in IndiaTechnical knowledge of BFSI software and fraud product suitesYou will report to the Specialist Sales Lead.

The Specialist Sales candidate will have strong experience in SaaS consultative sales, solution consulting and product management. Given the strategic role we play in our clients' business decision making, you are expected to work at senior levels and demonstrate obvious confidence in this environment.

Main Responsibilities

Someone who can own the major part of sales cycle end-to-end.— from prospecting to proposaland build a strong, predictable pipeline.Identify, qualify & Solutioning on new business opportunities.Understanding client needs across Onboarding, Offer, KYC/underwriting, fraud/compliance etc.Mapping those needs to Experian's Decisioning solutions.Driving consultative conversations with CXOs, product, risk & compliance teams.Working closely with product & presales for demos and proposalsExperience digging into prospects' pain points and validating the issues they're facing for cross-sell and upsell.Proficiency in analyzing the customer's business, applications and converting the business needs into viable technical solutionsShould be an expert in handling a diverse range of software products, fraud solutions and concepts relevant to lending businessCreating a compelling value proposition for Experian Products & Solutions across verticals by architecting solutions, structuring deals and strategic consultingPrior experience in a presales team which works with the sales team to conceptualize new business opportunities that lead to new lines of revenue generationLead client workshops to collaborate with client employees and internal stakeholdersPerform Business Process Improvement using various business consulting tools and methodologiesKeep oneself updated on changing business needs, regulatory requirements, new domain trends, tools and productsDemonstrate deep understanding of Technology landscape of the BFSI sectorDrive customer-product sync through deep understanding of market use cases and trends 7+ years of experience leading Sales, Presales and/or Consulting activities within a tech led business with a strong focus on client relationships & product managementExpertise in SaaS and cloud based productsExposure to B2B Enterprise SellingGood understanding of software technology, App and/or Online UX / CXFacilitating innovation processesExperience establishing communication and engagement with prospects both in 1-1 and group settingsData driven experience researching and generating leads approachExcellent ability to partner with sales teams.Highly credible - interacting at all levels both internally and externallyMBA qualifiedSomeone who's thoughtful, consultative, and in senior-level conversations will be an ideal fit.
