Direct solliciteren Neem contact op Automatisch verbeterd voor betere leesbaarheid Senior Legal Counsel Contracting & Outsourcing Role purpose: Provide strategic legal support for complex contracting and outsourcing initiatives, ensuring compliant, commercially sound agreements and effective risk management across the business. Key responsibilities - Lead legal review, drafting, and negotiation of outsourcing, procurement, and services agreements (including MSAs, SOWs, SLAs, and change controls). - Advise on contract strategy, risk allocation, liability, indemnities, warranties, and dispute resolution. - Support vendor selection and governance, including due diligence, performance management, and escalation handling. - Partner with Procurement, IT, Finance, Security, and business stakeholders to align legal terms with operational requirements. - Ensure compliance with applicable laws and internal policies, including data protection, confidentiality, and regulatory obligations. - Develop and maintain contract templates, playbooks, and negotiation guidelines; drive process improvements and standardization. - Provide guidance on outsourcing models, transition/exit planning, and continuity obligations.
