You will work in a dynamic production environment where quality, speed, and teamwork are key. You'll be working at a specialized company in the flower bulb industry that focuses on processing, packaging, and preparing products for shipment to customers worldwide. The work environment combines craftsmanship with modern machinery. Activities - Operating packaging machines for flower bulbs and flowers - Manual and machine packaging of products - Order picking and preparing customer orders - Scanning and Sorting Products for Shipping - Checking weight, labels, and product quality Activities - Ensuring the packaging process runs smoothly and efficiently - Keeping the workplace clean and safe - Identifying deviations in quality or process - Supporting During Seasonal Peaks (Spring and Fall) We are looking for someone who: - has a basic knowledge of English - Works accurately and reliably - Physically able to perform work while standing and lift light packages - Follows instructions carefully and is willing to work with machines - Experience in production or logistics (preferred, not required) Is this something for you?
