You will be responsible for: • Ensuring compliance with site safety regulations in close collaboration with the HSE department • Monitoring site progress in line with the project schedule and proactively alerting the construction manager in case of deviations; anticipating upcoming activities at a macro level • Supervising all instrumentation activities • Assisting the lead instrumentation supervisor • Supporting the planner in developing and updating schedules for all construction and pre-commissioning activities • Monitoring progress of various vendors • Ensuring installation compliance with project drawings • Ensuring that all executed work complies with E&C quality standards • Monitoring and evaluating design changes (via AFC issuance) to control quantities • Supporting engineering offices • Ensuring all on-site inspections are performed in accordance with inspection plans, MoS, and JSA • Weekly validation of E&I progress with all supervisors using project tracking tools • Ensuring all required certifications for plant components are obtained, including ATEX certifications • Supporting the contract specialist in validating or rejecting extra works according to specifications • Contributing with the project team to define the scope of work for site execution • Conducting quality audits with subcontractors together with the site quality manager • Capturing lessons learned throughout the project to build a final E&I project report • Organizing weekly meetings with the engineering department to track i...
