Your new role Preparing, organising, and estimating static and civil maintenance work to ensure safe, efficient, and effective execution. The role contributes to the quality, reliability, availability, effectiveness, and efficiency of plant equipment while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Areas of Responsibility 1. General Work Preparation Responsible for correct processing (according to LyondellBasell procedures) of notifications provided by the coordinator, Preventive Maintenance (PM) plans, and work orders for maintenance and construction activities. The goal is to deliver an efficient weekly schedule-together with the Scheduler-to discipline leads, the Operations Maintenance Coordinator (OMC), and contractors, enabling safe and well-organised execution of work in the plant. Work preparation is performed according to the MOWP (Maintenance Operation Workflow Process).
