If you are proactive, solution-oriented, and can communicate clearly, make sure to keep reading. - 32-40 - Medior position - Wo - € 5.500 - 6.000 - Delft Legal Counsel (Dutch speaking) - 32-40 - Medior position - Wo - € 5.500 - 6.000 - Delft Duties & responsibilities - Provide advice to internal stakeholders on legal risks and compliance issues, balancing legal risk with commercial objectives - Review, draft and negotiate business contracts, agreements and other legal documents, including customer contracts, supplier contracts, terms and conditions, and partnership agreement - Support data protection and privacy compliance, including GDPR and other applicable regulations - Assist in the management and protection of the company's intellectual property portfolio (trademarks, copyrights, etc.) - Coordinate with external counsel on specialist matters as required - Monitor legal and regulatory developments and changes in laws and regulations relevant to the business and ensure business practices align with current laws and regulations - Provide support on corporate governance related matters as well as in strategic transactions - Identify and mitigate potential legal risks associated with the company's business activities - Conduct legal research on legal issues and developments - Reports to the VP Legal Where will you end up?
