Your Role As a Senior Full Stack / Backend Developer, you will be instrumental in shaping the core architecture and functionality of our digital learning solutions. Your primary focus will be on developing innovative solutions that seamlessly integrate with both our gamified Learning Experience Platform (LXP) and other platforms. You'll ensure smooth data flow, security, and interaction between these systems, while also contributing to the frontend when needed. Your work will directly impact the effectiveness and efficiency of learning experiences, both in classrooms and online, by building adaptive, gamified learning paths that make education engaging and interactive. You'll have the opportunity to lead technical initiatives, contribute to the platform's architecture, and guide best practices across the team, ensuring that our systems are robust, scalable, and future-ready. This role offers the potential to grow into a technical leadership position, where you can influence the product roadmap and help drive innovation.
