Plenty of room to make your own decisions. The Role As Product Manager, you own the vision and roadmap for the internal patient platform. There are two product managers at this company: one focused on the customer-facing side - the app, the website, and the patient experience. You're the other one. Your world is the backend: the internal systems that connect medical teams, pharmacy, logistics, finance and operations, making sure everything works together smoothly and at scale. You work closely with engineering, use data to spot where things slow down, and make sure everything built is secure and compliant. You report directly to the CTO and have real impact on how tens of thousands of people experience their care. What we're looking for - 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner on back-office or operational platforms, ideally in healthcare or another heavily regulated environment - Strong at turning complex business needs into a clear vision, roadmap and well-defined requirements - Data-driven and pragmatic, comfortable making trade-offs in a fast-moving scale-up - Able to navigate compliance constraints without losing momentum - Strong stakeholder management and able to influence without formal authority - Fluent in English Arbeidsvoorwaarden - Salary up to €8.000 per month based on experience - 25 vacation days plus 20 days to wo...
