You combine hands-on responsibility for complex technical projects with leadership of a small, experienced team of Project Managers. Your role is highly visible and requires a helicopter view across projects, technology and teams to keep quality, planning and performance on track. You bring structure, direction and clarity to your team, supporting both experienced colleagues and those needing more guidance. You work closely with engineering, taking joint ownership of technical challenges and guiding teams through complexity and pressure. This is not a purely managerial role. You remain deeply involved in project execution and leading your own projects, while also contributing to the broader direction of the department.
