Location: Rotterdam (Hybrid - 50% in office) Start date: September - October 2026 Availability: Full-time Team: Product & Technology Your impact As Head of Customer Facing Product, you will be responsible for translating our commercial ambitions and customer needs into a clear product vision and scalable digital solutions. You will lead product strategy across multiple customer touchpoints, drive continuous optimization, and empower your team to deliver measurable business outcomes. Ultimately, you will be accountable for improving key customer experience, conversion, and commercial performance metrics across the digital booking journey. - Own and execute the vision, strategy, roadmap, and prioritization of our customer-facing digital product portfolio across web, app, and My Account. - Lead, coach, and develop an international team of Product Owners and UX professionals, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement. - Align product initiatives with company strategy, commercial objectives, and customer needs. - Drive conversion rate optimization and customer journey improvements through data-driven product development. - Lead experimentation initiatives, including A/B testing, hypothesis development, performance analysis, and implementation. - Partner closely with Techno...
